Linda DorothyBENNETTOn 11th May 2026, peacefully, Linda aged 82 years of Holmfirth. The beloved wife of the late Tony, much loved mum of Sean and Darren, very dear mother in law of Bridget, a proud and loving grandma of Liam, Ellis, Keiran and Mackenzie, loving great grandma of Piper, Jude and Lily and a dear sister of Glyn and Cathy.

Funeral service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd June at 12.30 pm. Family flowers only please. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Crematorium.

A sad day for the family and Linda’s many friends, but the memories of the good times we shared will always be with us. Here are a few that were special to me.
The most brilliant big sister a young boy could have. Visits to the cinema and many other trips often involving her friends. Trusting me with her record player and treasured record collection.
The many supper parties with Terry and Helen at each other’s houses.
Linda’s love of Playa Blanca and our long lunches at El Golfo.
THE 80th birthday party.
